Phanks: helping celebrate each other’s wins

Phanks is a project that I started at Phiture.

Although praising someone should be optional and done with intention, I wanted to help creating an environment where we celebrated each other's wins and empower each other more publicly, recognising someone's work/effort/sweat and tears.

The name Phanks comes from this tradition of switching letters in some words to ph from Phiture (e.g. Phriday = Friday; Phantastic = Fantastic), so we took Thanks and transformed it to Phanks.
